This is where we get to discuss any changes or developments in your health, dietary preferences or needs. We review your goals and assess how your plan is working for you. This is when we make changes to overcome any obstacles or challenges. This is also a time to celebrate success. Rebates and Claiming Private Health If you have a private health fund, full payment is made on the day and you will be provided with an invoice, you can use this to claim back your rebate with your health insurer. How much you get back will depend on your health fund and level of cover. You can always call your health fund and check to see how much you will get back. You can check the item numbers with your insurer. Initial Consult: 500 | Review: 600 | Phone/Virtual: 800 Medicare Medicare rebates are only available when referred by your GP under a Medicare Enhanced Primary Care plan. Talk with your GP to see if you meet the criteria and are eligible. We do not bulk bill but you can claim your Medicare rebate for payment into your account within 1-5 working days.
