My Story
My life’s mission revolves around embracing happiness, health, fitness, and strength, and it’s what brings me to you today. I specialise in partnering with individuals who seek optimal health, weight management, fitness enhancement, and dietary transformation. The ultimate goal is to nurture lasting well-being that paves the way for a thriving future.
I believe in guiding my clients on a journey toward their best selves. This means transcending the confines of outdated approaches and idealised body standards. Instead, I focus on cultivating a natural body weight that aligns with your unique identity, prioritising health and vitality above all else.
I have a particular focus on healthy aging and navigating menopause. I provide nutrition advice for families. I help with managing chronic diseases to reduce or even eliminate conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, and malnutrition. Additionally I expertly guide and support a smooth transition to plant-based living the right way for those who want to embrace an alternative life style pathway.

I’m Kate, an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) with a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) from the University of the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. I’m deeply committed to empowering my clients as they embark on their journey to holistic wellness.
