To access bulk billed appointments you will require a valid care plan from your GP- all we need is a copy of this referral.
Medicare provide 5 yearly sessions for those living with a chronic illness. The name of this is a ‘Chronic Disease Management Plan’, also commonly known as a ‘Care Plan’. This is 100% covered without any out of pocket expenses.
Care Plan’s need to be arranged through your GP, who will determine whether you meet this criteria.
For those without a care plan you can still enjoy affordable care that is claimable through you private health fund.
